Processing Time All orders are handmade and carefully packaged with love. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within the United States via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total:
- Standard Shipping — $8.00 (estimated 3-7 business days)
- Express Shipping — $15.00 (estimated 1-3 business days)
- Free Standard Shipping — on orders $70 and over
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Stolen Packages Jersey Girl Soaps is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
